WORKING HOURS

  • 100% Full-time
  • 40 hours/week
  • remote is possible

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You are an integral part of the international key account management team and in charge of developing new business opportunities and maintaining high value key accounts
  • You are working on an international scale to ensure cross-boarder value creation for your customers and TRILUX
  • You consult high value prospects and clients around lighting solutions and are responsible for crafting clear account plans
  • You coordinate internal stakeholders and work closely together with national key account managers, inhouse lawyers, designers, engineers, controllers, and senior managers
  • You ensure customer happiness and repetitive business for TRILUX by listening to customers and translating their needs into persuasive lighting solutions
  • You define clear action plans for each of your accounts in collaboration with national key account managers
  • You conduct market and competitor research and identify value propositions to include in the proposal
  • You perform risk and liability assessments with appropriate mitigation actions

YOUR QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have worked in an international environment before and understand intercultural business
  • You are a strong communicator, team player and fast learner
  • You have a ‘can-do’ attitude and can work under time pressure
  • You are fluent in English and German. Any other language is a plus
  • You have at least an intermediate knowledge level with Microsoft Office
  • You are able to deliver on or ahead of the agreed deadline and meet high customer expectations
  • You are capable to lead a diverse group of experts and their viewpoints toward one goal: making customers happy
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in key account management in the professional lighting industry or 5 years of experience in a (inter-)national sales position
