As HR Manager, you will work closely with managers and employees to drive HR excellence, improve processes and strengthen our organization from within. You will join an international environment where collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement are at the core of how we work.

As HR Manager your focus is on people: You promote the organization's values and culture across all levels of our business and are the main contact to managers and employees on all HR topics and employee relations.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and employer branding activities as well as support talent management, employee development and succession planning
  • Develop and implement HR policies, compensation and benefits programs in line with labor law and in line with our German headquarter
  • Partner closely with the Management Board and leadershiop team by providing HR insights, reports and strategic support
  • Drive internal communications, employee engagement and team-building initiatives  
  • Maintain and continuously improve HR systems and employee data management
  • Cooperate with our external HR and payroll service provider to ensure proper employee documentation and submit all necessary payroll-related information
  • Perpare HR reports and analyses related to headcount, turnover, absenteeism and other HR KPIs

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as HR Manager, HR Business Partner or a similar HR leadership role
  • Proven experience in managing and developing teams, recruitment, employer-branding and talent management
  • Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and HR best practices combined with hands-on experience and knowledge in HR, payroll and time/attendance management systems
  • Ability to build trust with stakeholders on all levels of the organization with a passion for people development and creating a positive employee experience
  • Excellent skills in communications, relationship-building and conflict-resolution with a proactive, solution-oriented and business-focussed mindset - also in an international enviroment
  • Strong organization skills combined with an independent and effective way of working and the ability to prioritize
  • Fluent in English in both speaking and writing
