YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As Head of Retail Experience & Solutions (ME APAC), your responsibilities will include the following:

• Lead and define the long-term growth strategy for the Retail Vertical across the ME-APAC region
• Drive business development by identifying and securing top regional and international retail brands, establishing key relationships, and securing framework agreements
• Influence lighting specifications at the concept stage with architects, designers, and brand teams
• Develop and standardize scalable lighting concepts for multi-store rollouts across GCC and APAC
• Achieve sustainable revenue growth and enforce pricing discipline
• Collaborate closely with Country Sales Heads and various internal teams (Lighting Design, Marketing, Product Management, HQ) to position TRILUX as the preferred lighting partner in key retail segments
• Identify market requirements and drive innovation for new business initiatives

YOUR STRENGTHS

• Minimum 7 years of proven Sales and Business Development experience in Retail Lighting, with a strong network among retail developers, fit-out companies, and specifiers
• Demonstrated success in managing multi-country rollouts
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MBA preferred, with a strong understanding of Middle Eastern cultures and business practices
• Highly motivated, strategic thinker with exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships, thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, and consistently deliver innovative solutions
